✨Join Us at The Centre for ADHD Research and Excellence: Shaping the Future of Accessible Healthcare✨ At CARE ADHD, we're revolutionising private healthcare by making ADHD assessments and treatment more affordable and accessible to those who need it. Our client-centred approach, combined with lean methodology and a focus on continuous improvement, drives our commitment to excellence. We embrace an innovative mindset, encouraging rapid learning and adaptation through our 'fail fast' ethos. With ambitious plans to become the largest ADHD service provider outside the NHS within the next five years, we are committed to pushing boundaries and fostering innovation. Business Process Improvement Analyst / Process Analyst We are building one of the most ambitious HealthTech groups in the UK, starting with ADHD services and rapidly expanding into children’s health and neurodevelopmental care. Our vision is simple yet bold: to combine clinical excellence with cutting-edge technology so that healthcare is more accessible, affordable, and human for everyone. Technology is central to how we design and deliver services, allowing us to scale with pace while keeping patients at the heart of everything we do. We are now seeking a Business Process & Product Analyst to play a pivotal role in this journey, acting as the bridge between business operations, product design, and technology delivery, and ensuring our platforms are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with our long-term mission to transform healthcare. What we are looking for? We’re seeking a proactive Business Process Improvement / Process Analyst who can help transform how our organisation operates. This role is ideal for someone who brings a proven track record of optimising processes, reducing costs, increasing revenue, and driving measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will combine analytical thinking with a passion for continuous improvement, ensuring our processes not only improve but remain healthy and effective as the business evolves. What You’ll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities Business Process & Strategy Map, document, and analyse existing business, operational, and product processes end-to-end. Review current process assets including workflow diagrams, SOPs, and product process maps. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities backed by data and observation. Engage teams through interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand friction points. Process Optimisation & Redesign Redesign processes for greater efficiency, scalability, customer experience, and alignment with business goals. Produce future-state diagrams, journey maps, and operating models. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies where appropriate. Recommend technology, automation, or workflow changes that meaningfully improve performance. Demonstrate the ability to deliver improvements that have reduced operational cost, increased throughput, or created new revenue opportunities in previous roles. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product, operations, engineering, finance, and leadership teams to co-create sustainable process improvements. Facilitate sessions that drive alignment, clarity, and shared understanding. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Implementation, Change Support & Process Stewardship Support teams in adopting new processes through documentation, training, and hands-on guidance. Track the real-world performance of improved processes, ensuring they remain effective as the business grows and changes. Establish process ownership, governance approaches, and clear accountability models. Maintain updated process documentation and ensure teams understand evolving workflows. Champion a culture of continuous change, helping teams adapt while minimising disruption. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define KPIs and success metrics for each improvement initiative. Measure impact (e.g., cost savings, time reduction, quality improvement, revenue lift) and report findings to leadership. Identify opportunities for continuous enhancement with a forward-looking, proactive mindset. Foster an environment where experimentation, iteration, and learning from data become standard practice. Skills & Qualifications Essential: Proven experience as a Process Analyst, Business Process Improvement Specialist, or similar role. Demonstrable portfolio of process improvement projects that: ✨Optimised workflows ✨Reduced cost or waste ✨Improved operational efficiency ✨Enabled revenue growth Strong capability in process modelling and diagramming (e.g., BPMN). Proficiency using tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar. Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams at all levels of the organisation. Ability to think commercially — connecting process improvements to financial or strategic outcomes. Preferred: Experience in technology, digital product, operations, or transformation environments. Exposure to automation technologies (RPA, workflow automation, low-code/no-code). Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or related disciplines. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product delivery processes. Desirable Qualities Personal Attributes Driven, curious, and relentlessly improvement-focused. Hunger to deliver measurable outcomes, not just theoretical recommendations. Able to bring order to ambiguity and create clarity for teams. Strong sense of ownership over processes and their long-term health. Pragmatic, commercially aware, and comfortable balancing speed with quality. What Success Looks Like Streamlined, scalable, and future-ready business operations. Reduced costs, improved productivity, and revenue-enhancing workflow improvements. Clear documentation and governance for processes as they evolve. A more adaptable organisation built on continuous learning and iterative change.
