Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 08:15 – 16:45 | 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
* Deliver health screening and surveillance services in line with client standards
* Conduct drug and alcohol testing, health & safety checks
* Support health promotion activities including wellbeing presentations and drop-in sessions
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection principles
* Travel to other sites to provide cover for annual leave and sickness (minimised where possible)
* Ensure medical equipment is calibrated and safety tested
* Support new team members and contribute to a positive team culture
* Monitor and maintain compliance with internal systems (OHIO) and KPIs
* Uphold confidentiality and deliver an excellent customer experience
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
* NMC registration with no restrictions
* Driving License and access to a vehicle
* Experience in health screening and promoting healthy living
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office & internet-based systems)
* Highly organised and process-driven approach
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments
* Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service
* Understanding of confidentiality and professional standards
