VANRATH are searching for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a a growing business in Craigavon. Reporting to the Managing Accountant you will be responsible for varied role within the finance function.

What you'll do
4. Support accounts receivable and payable functions.
5. Process weekly and monthly payroll, including generating payroll reports.
6. Monitor time and attendance records.
7. Reconcile payroll, ensuring accuracy in rates and proper updates for new hires and leavers.
8. Prepare payroll journal entries.
9. Address payroll queries via email, phone, and in person.
10. Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring reports are accurate.
11. Perform office administration tasks as needed.
About you
12. 2 years experience as an Accounts Assistant or Payroll experience
13. Working payroll knowledge of HMRC UK payroll
14. Excellent communication skills
15. Team player
