We’re looking for an Optical Assistant (8 hours) in London (Portobello Road) who brings talent and dedication to our team.
Responsibilities
* Create a welcoming vibe – Make every customer feel seen and excited to be in store.
* Deliver clear style advice – Help customers find frames that feel right for them by sharing helpful style tips.
* Share your knowledge – Explain the differences between lenses, coatings, and fits so customers can make the right choice.
* Get every detail right – Polish lenses, adjust frames, and make sure every pair leaves looking sharp and ready to wear.
* Handle sales with care – Walk customers through lens upgrades, coatings, and add-ons to ensure they leave with exactly what they need.
* No uniform – Wear whatever makes you feel good – no company dress code here.
