They are a small, agile team that values collaboration, problem-solving, and learner success. Continued growth has resulted in a requirement for a talented LMS Support & Data Administrator. This role involves managing multiple secure learning portalseach tailored to different partner companies. You will ensure learners have the right access, manage user data, support learners with technical queries, and play a key role in releasing new course materials and driving learner engagement. You will also monitor portal usage, identify trends, and report insights to the management team to help improve the learner experience and track performance. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor multiple secure learning portals, each serving a different partner company. Set up and manage learner accounts, reset passwords, and troubleshoot access or system issues. Release new learning materials on the portal and communicate updates clearly to learners. Encourage learner engagement and proactively monitor participation, following up where needed. Track and analyse learner activity, reporting trends, issues, and opportunities to the management team. Provide friendly and responsive technical support, escalating more complex issues as needed. Ensure all user data is handled securely, in line with data protection policies (e.g. GDPR). Collaborate with the wider team to improve learner communication, support processes, and content delivery. Essential: Experience working with data and digital platforms (e.g. learning portals, CRMs, ERPs, or internal systems). Strong attention to detail and understanding of data security and privacy practices. Technically confident and able to troubleshoot common access or usability issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Friendly, learner-focused approach to support and service. Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends in data and learner activity. Confident using initiative and adapting to new tools or situations. Desirable: Previous experience in education, training, or learner support. Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or similar platforms. Familiarity with GDPR and secure data handling. Experience with releasing digital content or managing learner communications.
