The Role
You'll work across KS1 and KS2, delivering pre-planned lessons when required, leading interventions, and supporting pupils who need additional help.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Lead small-group interventions
Support planning and assessment
Maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines
Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Recent primary school experience in the UK
Confident leading groups and whole classes
