Ready to take charge and steer projects toward success with your proven delivery expertise? Our Major Programme Services (MPS) team is looking for exceptional Delivery Managers.
As part of PA’s Delivery stream, the MPS team works across the defence, major projects & infrastructure, transport, and public sector domains in client‑facing roles on long‑term assignments. Having delivered repeated successes for clients, we are expanding across the UK.
* Support clients in delivering complex products and services.
* Set the team up for success, support problem solving and planning.
* Lead stakeholder engagement and communication.
* Deliver products and projects using appropriate methodology, iterating frequently.
* Set the bar for delivery management quality and attention to detail.
* Grow your own delivery expertise through training and formal qualifications.
Location
Hybrid working – a minimum of 2 days per week in the office or on client site, with up to 5 days on site. Client locations include London, Bristol, Andover, Portsmouth, Cardiff, Swindon, Cheltenham.

Qualifications / About You
* Experience and knowledge of estimating, scoping, and delivering products, services, and outcomes using a variety of delivery techniques and methods.
* Experience working in technical/engineering projects using Agile Delivery methods.
* Experience or certification in project management or project controls methodologies (PMQ, Prince2 etc.) is desirable.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
