About the role:
Media is the beating heart of the agency, where creativity meets commerciality, and specialists bring unrivalled work to life. The Media Manager will be responsible for delivering excellence in market media planning, buying, and managing low-budget media partnerships. You will handle higher-level responsibilities for planning and executing media campaigns across your client(s), producing accurate work and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with technical expertise. You will also collaborate closely with your AD on PRFs/Audit delivery.

1. Campaign Management
o Manage assigned teams for media campaigns, applying best practices and data interpretation.

o Deliver accurate planning and reporting aligned with strategic and commercial goals.
o Understand the role of media within overall campaigns and utilize market opportunities.
2. Media Investment Planning
o Use advanced data analytics to understand client challenges and media strategies, presenting findings effectively.

o Apply strategic thinking with clients and third parties.
o Support media investment and campaign reviews.
3. Demonstrating Value
o Understand client and agency values through feedback.
o Recognize how the product delivers value to the audience and aligns with strategic objectives.
o Interpret data on product performance to ensure client satisfaction and proper KPI setting.
4. Multitasking
o Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritizing effectively.
o Support team in setting priorities and resolving issues.
5. Operational Excellence
o Oversee team accuracy in planning and execution.
o Share knowledge and tools to improve efficiency.
o Ensure financial accuracy and timely reconciliation to support business health.
