This is a hands-on role where you will support the day-to-day catering operation, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality food and service to all staff and guests. You will be involved in food preparation, service delivery, and hospitality support, ensuring all services run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.You will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service, while ensuring full compliance with food safety, allergen management, and health and safety procedures.
