Are you passionate about supporting Carers and making a difference? We are looking for a proactive and organised Operational Support Clerk to join our dedicated Carers Team within Adults and Health. About the RoleAs an Operational Support Clerk, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support across the Carers Team and wider service. You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, manage data and documentation, support meetings, and assist with financial processes. Your work will help ensure seamless service delivery which supports carers in our community. Key Responsibilities Handle enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face contact Provide efficient administrative support, including document management, minute-taking, and data input Use IT systems to manage spreadsheets, reports, and statistical data Support meetings and follow-up actions Process invoices and orders in line with financial procedures Maintain accurate records and support quality assurance Signpost enquiries to relevant services and agencies Assist the Principal Officer with complex tasks and projects What We’re Looking For Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and bespoke systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of GDPR, Data Protection, and Freedom of Information Experience in administrative support and minute-taking Ability to prioritise workload and work flexibly across teams Why Join Us?
