Allwyn is looking for a Lead Product Manager – Innovation to lead the delivery, launch, and scale of Allwyn’s new innovation product portfolio. This is your chance to shape the future of Allwyn and the entertainment industry by creating innovative products that inspire, entertain, and deliver value to society, going beyond traditional lottery to appeal to younger audiences. You will lead a team of product managers, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and manage relationships with third parties to ensure products are delivered on time, aligned with our strategy, and commercially successful. What will you do: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Allwyn’s innovation product portfolio, from early-stage concept to market launch and scaling. Define and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Allwyn’s strategy and ambitions for digital entertainment. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers and cross-functional experts. Oversee multiple project teams and external partners (including top-tier agencies) to deliver MVPs and scale successful concepts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure seamless delivery and integration. Track product performance, report on KPIs, and ensure commercial success. Stay ahead of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activity to inform product strategy. What do you need to succeed: Proven track record of successfully launching consumer-facing digital products to market 7 years’ experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience building and leading high-performing teams across multiple projects and markets. Deep understanding of lean and agile methodologies, including MVP design and delivery. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with third parties and agencies. Commercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes. Passion for innovation and creating products that resonate with Gen Z and younger audiences. Experience with user-generated content, social platforms, or digital applications is highly desirable.
