Administrative Assistant (9 Month FTC) (22K) (Crumlin/ Hybrid)
Role: Temporary Admin Assistant
Salary: £12/hr
Location: Crumlin (2 days Working from Home)
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the line manager in implementing policies, procedures, and systems.
2. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and computer records.
3. Handle information with security and confidentiality.
4. Promptly handle correspondence, emails, and telephone calls.
5. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
6. Plan and support meetings efficiently.
7. Research, analyse, and report information as needed.
8. Provide support, assistance, and coaching to colleagues.
9. Support health and safety procedures to minimise risks.
10. Promote equal opportunity policies and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
11. Stay updated on competencies required for the role and engage in relevant learning and development activities.
Requirements:
Either:
Minimum 5 GCSEs Grade C or above (including English Language) or equivalent, AND at least 1 year of relevant work experience within the last 3 years.
Or:
At least 2 years of relevant work experience gained within the last 5 years.
Relevant experience includes customer service and general administrative duties.
Skills:
12. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
13. Effective communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships.
14. Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
Personal Commitments:
Must have access to transportation to meet job requirements.
Ability to work from home 2 days a week.
