Job Title: D365 CE Technical Solutions Architect - Dynamics CRM
Location: Home-based with travel to client site or Columbus offices as required
Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)
Bonus: Yes
Holiday: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays (Increasing with Service)
Medical Insurance: Yes (terms apply) plus additional HealthCashback Plan
Hours: Full time (36.5 hpw)
Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites - expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)

The role of Technical Solutions Architect - D365 CE:
* Participate in pre-sale activities, such as scoping and proof of concept demos.
* Ensure best practices and quality standards in technical work.
* Mentor junior team members.
* Review and approve technical designs.
* Analyze and design customer requirements on complex projects.
* Conduct requirements gathering workshops.
* Advise on data migration and integration solutions.
* Analyze functional and technical requirements based on customer needs.
Travel and Hybrid Working:
Flexible work environment with options for remote or office work. Travel to client sites is expected, with planned onsite days and support for work-life balance.
About You (The Essentials):
* PL-400, and PL-600 certifications.
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions (2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, D365).
* Programming skills in C, C#, HTML, VB, .Net, SQL Server 2008-2019.
* Experience across all project phases, including configuration, customization, plugin development, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
* Full driver’s license and vehicle access.
* Curious mindset, proactive, and collaborative.
* Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor.
