Countess of chester hospitals are looking for a diligent, knowledgeable agency Registered Nurse with recent NHS experience to come and join their team of health care professionals and specialists.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
As a Band 5 Registered Nurse with Countess of Chester you will:
17. Provide constant monitoring and care for patients in a seriously ill or unstable condition.
18. Safely identify, prepare, check, and assemble equipment required for the relevant operating list.
19. Adhere to the NMC professional Code of Conduct.
20. Take blood/fit a cannula and undertake patient observations (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration rate and oxygen level) as patient need dictates throughout the shift.
21. Write care plans, perform assessments, and make referrals.
22. Organise admissions and discharges to and from the ward.
Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications
23. Be a Registered Nurse.
24. At least 2 years post-graduate experience.
25. 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
26. You will need to pass an enhanced background check.
