Projects: Social Housing & NIHE. Extensions, structural alterations, full refurbishments and new builds. Package around £45,000 plus van, mobile & laptop Duties to include : - Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget - Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff - Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies - Health & Safety / Risk assessments - Weekly reports to Contract Management - accurate record keeping Key skills: - 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing / NIHE projects. - High level of finishing - First Aid qualification - Strict Health & Safety - CSR Gold Card desirable - Experience of bringing a Site from green field through to handover This position is immediately available and our client hope to interview ASAP. .They are offering a market leading remuneration package and will provide a challenging yet exciting working environment.
