We are currently recruiting for a reputable law firm based in Hertfordshire who are recruiting for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team.
They’re looking for someone who has at least 6 months of experience working within conveyancing in either residential or commercial who is looking to progress and grow with the company.
Working on residential conveyancing transactions from instructions to post-completion.
Managing leasehold matters including extensions and right to manage claims
Preparing legal documents, drafting correspondence and assisting within communications.
Conducting legal research
At least 6 months experience working within residential or commercial conveyancing.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing to 30 days with length of service
