Role Responsibilities:
Inspire a love for physical activity and healthy lifestyles by delivering outstanding PE lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
Develop and deliver lessons tailored to the diverse range of student needs and abilities, employing various teaching strategies.
Encourage active participation and foster positive attitudes toward physical education and personal well-being.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback, supporting their progress and development.
Facilitate effective communication with parents/guardians through parent-teacher meetings and school events.
Candidate Requirements:
Preferred possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong understanding of PE, coupled with a passion for promoting physical well-being and personal development
Exceptional classroom management skills, creating a comprehensive and supportive learning environment
Pay:
Competitive daily remuneration aligned with the pay scale, negotiable based on qualifications and experience. The minimum daily rate for a non-planning and marking role is £140. Full responsibility teaching roles are paid to scale.
