Are you an experienced Conveyancer, well versed in managing a busy caseload, or an ambitious Paralegal with exposure to Residential Conveyancing? Due to continued expansion, our reputable client is currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing professional to join their rapidly growing team based in Leicester City Centre.
Due to the nature of this firm’s expansion, whether you’re a seasoned Fee Earner looking to immediately take on your own files, or a Paralegal still learning the Conveyancing processes, this could be the perfect time to join this fantastic organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Support the team with file creation, maintenance and client due-diligence processes
* Prepare and issue correspondence, documentation, contract packs, and property searches
* Liaise with clients and third parties by phone, handling routine enquiries professionally
* Assist with completion workflows, including pre-completion searches, redemption statements, accounts information, SDLT forms, and the production of completion statements and bills
* Handle post-completion requirements, including dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions and ensure timely file closing and archiving
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within Conveyancing
* Experience of managing/assisting with busy caseload
* Communication skills, both written and verbal
* IT skills, to include MS Office and exposure to Case Management Systems
