Build the First "Supplement Founder" Platform of Its Kind in the UK & Europe

is launching the first structured white-label supplement platform in the UK and Europe built specifically for health, fitness and beauty experts who want to launch and scale their own supplement brand.

This platform is new and this model is in it's start-up phase. However, our business has been around for 26 years (14 under current ownership).

We have:

* Manufactured supplements since 2000
* Operated under current ownership since 2012
* Produced for multiple UK brands
* Built and scaled our own Dutch brand )
* A certified manufacturing infrastructure (BRC and Organic certified)
* A proven supply chain

Now we are launching a new initiative, and scaling it across the UK first, then the Netherlands.

The Mission

Your mission is simple:

Turn new subscribers to the platform into successful supplement founders as fast as possible.

We measure:

* % of subscribers placing first order
* Speed to activation
* % placing second order
* Founder lifetime value

You are responsible for:

Reducing time from subscription → first order → second order → getting them to their first £10,000 in supplements sold, and beyond.

This is a performance/growth role (definitely NOT a passive customer support role).

What You'll Be Responsible For: New Customer Activation ("Supplement Founders")

* Conduct onboarding calls
* Help founders select initial SKUs
* Drive label creation
* Ensure first order within 7 days
* Reduce friction

Reorder Acceleration

* Drive second order behaviour
* Support "Supplement Founders" sales strategy
* Celebrate milestones

Community Leadership

* Manage Telegram group
* Host weekly founder calls
* Increase engagement
* Build momentum

Support Infrastructure

* Implement ticketing system
* Maintain <24hr response time
* Maintain 4.5+ satisfaction score

Light Sales Support (Until Sales Rep Hired)

* Follow up warm leads
* Conduct qualification calls
* Support webinar attendees

KPIs You Own

* 90%+ (goal: 100%) of subscribers place their first order
* Avg time to first order under 7 days
* 80%+ place second order
* Customer satisfaction ≥ 4.5/5
* Structured weekly reporting

Compensation

* Competitive base salary (£55,000–£65,000 depending on experience)
* Performance-based bonus structure (up to 20%+ additional earnings)
