Salary and Benefits
* Competitive Salary Package: Start with a basic salary of £26,733 per annum
* Expected OTE: £31,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available

Role and Responsibilities
Your role as a Pest Control Technician will involve covering a dedicated geographical area and providing support to our customers by resolving pest issues. Key responsibilities include:
* Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks
* Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour
* Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises
* Completing accurate reports after every visit
* Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times
A large part of this role will be to be responsible for completing bird jobs to maintain a bird-free environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Undertaking proofing works to the highest standard
* Assisting in the training of Technicians in all aspects of bird work when required
* Liaising with local management to organise jobs
* Assisting Specialist Consultants with complex surveys
* Submitting leads for potential bird jobs
* Performing minor maintenance work during inspections
* Safely cleaning and disposing of evidence linked to infestations from client premises
* Generating and maintaining various reports when required
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
* Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
* You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role
Location and Hours
Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hr week) with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with an increased salary.
