Our client is seeking an Project Co-ordinator - Implementation to join their dynamic Training team in Durrington. This permanent role reports directly to the Head of Wastewater Transformation and plays a critical part in supporting the delivery of systems, process, and organisational business changes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with project/programme teams to define and manage the project delivery plan, ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance.
* Coordinate and deliver workstream/project/programme activities.
* Source information and support the production of training materials, processes, and internal/external communications.
* Provide insights and support all change management actions, including stakeholder training.
* Support stakeholder engagements by providing project/workstream reports.
* Identify and manage any project and programme risks proactively.
* Engage with key stakeholders and third parties to ensure timely production of quality-assured materials.
* Act as the single point of contact for the project/programme manager for allocated workstreams.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience of producing high-quality reports.
