ROLE: Support Worker
LOCATION: Parc Lodge, Bridgend (CF31)
SALARY: £13.45 - £14.05* per hour
HOURS: 35 hours per week – fully flexible to work across days & nights.
ESSENTIAL: Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

We’re delighted to announce the upcoming launch of a brand-new residential care home designed to support adults with mental health needs, including forensic mental health. Opening in 2026, our new service will set a new benchmark for high‑quality, person‑centred care. Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day support and routine of the people we support.
* Prompting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
* Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
* Maintaining and helping with health‑care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administering medication.
* Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
* Assisting with personal care as required.
* Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
* Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
