The OpportunityWe're excited to partner with a respected legal services provider with a growing client base and a strong culture that values its people. They are currently seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team at their Leeds office. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will:
* Manage cases from start to finish, including taking initial client instructions, progressing matters, and handling post-completion archiving, all under supervision and in line with firm procedures.
* Communicate with clients and third parties on behalf of fee earners, ensuring timely and professional responses to enquiries.
* Provide administrative support to solicitors, partners, and fee earners as needed.
* Prepare, gather, and organise documentation for legal files.
* Assist with client billing and follow up on outstanding payments.
* Coordinate with the Accounts team on cheque processing, disbursements, and related financial tasks.
* Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document collation.
* Stay current with legal developments and contribute to continuous professional growth.
* Support a safe and healthy working environment.
* Help review and improve office systems and procedures.
* Undertake any additional duties reasonably required by the firm.
