What we're looking for:
* Someone who can provide top quality customer service and brings enthusiasm to the cafe every day.
* Barista experience is beneficial but training can be given to the right candidate.
* Experience in a similar independent hospitality role is beneficial.
* A willingness to learn, take on challenges, and grow with us.

What the role involves:
* Creating a welcoming, fun and enjoyable environment to visit, eat, drink and work in
* Serving customers at the counter and operating the till/POS system.
* Advising customers about the menu and our bakery counter offering.
* Making amazing coffee (and other hot drinks).
* Helping with stock, deliveries and washing up where needed.
* Regular cleaning of the bakery, cafe and toilets.
* Liaising with the Kitchen and Bakery team and assisting where necessary or possible.
Hours & Pay:
* part-time hrs/week).
* Weekend availability is essential
* Pay will depend on experience and can be discussed at an interview.
Full training will be provided – but what really matters is that you care about doing things well, and want to be part of a supportive and friendly team.
