We’re partnering with a profitable, high-growth scale-up on a mission to redefine global demand generation. Trusted by enterprise brands worldwide, they combine AI-driven tools with expert in-house teams to deliver transparent, ROI-driven results.


The Role

As Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll build and optimise the outbound sales engine from the ground up. You’ll own prospecting operations end-to-end—data, tools, cadences, messaging, and deliverability—so sales reps can focus on what they do best: winning business.


What You’ll Do

* Refine ICPs using firmographic, technographic & growth/funding signals
* Build & optimise outbound cadences (LinkedIn, email, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist)
* Test & iterate messaging, cadences & scripts in real-time
* Deliver call-ready leads & intent signals daily to sales reps
* Pilot new outbound channels (gifting, video, intent data)


What We’re Looking For

* 5+ years in Sales Ops, Enablement, or Growth Hacking
* Proven expertise in outbound tools, deliverability & prospecting automation
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Clay, Lemlist, ZoomInfo (SQL/Python a bonus)
* Creative copywriting skills for outbound messaging
* Data-driven, analytical mindset with strong testing/iteration skills
* Collaborative operator who thrives in fast-paced scale-up environments
