Job Title: Oracle EBS HCM Technical Consultant (Open to Offshore Candidates)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules and deep technical proficiency in PL/SQL, Custom Forms, Reports, and Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle EBS HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle EBS HCM modules
* Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and perform performance tuning
* Build and maintain Custom Forms and Oracle Reports using Oracle Developer Suite
* Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and HR processes
* Work on data conversions, interfaces, and integrations with external systems
* Provide technical support for HR modules, including troubleshooting and defect resolution
* Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications
* Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and best practices
Required Skills
* Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules, including:
* Core HR
* Payroll
* Absence Management
* Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development
* Hands‑on experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports
* Strong knowledge of Fast Formula development and customization
* Experience with EBS APIs, Open Interfaces, and Concurrent Programs
* Good understanding of HR and Payroll business processes
* Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing code and processes
