Job Description:
A large telecoms company in Reading is seeking a French-speaking customer services advisor. You will assist customers daily with troubleshooting hardware, installations, and platform issues, keeping customers updated via phone & email.
Essential functions include:
* Becoming a technical expert on the SaaS platform
* Serving as a Technical Customer Support professional for SaaS products and solutions
* Handling customer requests from calls & emails, managing cases end-to-end
* Investigating, troubleshooting, analyzing, resolving, escalating, and communicating with stakeholders
The ideal candidate is a customer support professional with good technical skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. Technical skills required include experience in customer-facing roles, familiarity with SaaS solutions (preferred), and experience with CRM & ERP systems like Salesforce and SAP (preferred). Fluency in French is essential.
