The Role:
We're looking for an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor who has the practical cost management skills combined with a team player mentality. This isn't your typical role - you'll be part of our ambitious and successful team, delivering high end specialist finishes across central London and helping to double our annual revenue as part of our growth plan.
Our ideal scenario is for the right candidate to join the business, grow with us and get their hands dirty over time and ultimately become a senior leader within the business.

You will be involved with:
Estimating
1. Reviewing a detailed take off from drawings & written specifications
2. Compiling accurate pricing schedules
3. Reading and understanding the complete tender package
Procurement
1. Preparation of detailed scope of works and marked up drawings
2. Working with sub contractors and material suppliers for prices and specifications
3. Analysing and comparing costs, risks and contractual obligations
Project QS Function
1. Financial reporting, variations and payment applications
2. Assist with project delivery, attend meetings and contract administration
3. Play an active role in reducing costs and improving margins
