Early Careers Teachers/Associate Teachers

Have you just completed your Teacher training and need some help securing a position? Or are you currently studying to become a teacher and looking for experience within schools?.

SHARES Recruitment is a not for profit school recruitment agency that was set up by a large partnership of primary schools to ensure that they can engage the highest quality of staff to work within their settings. Based in West Lancashire, we predominantly serve this area and the surrounding areas including Chorley, Wigan, St Helens, Sefton, Knowsley and Liverpool. This role will involve:

* Delivering high-quality lessons, demonstrating consistently outstanding teaching
* Working effectively as a part of a team
* Developing a high-quality learning environment
* Demonstrating that you are committed to making a difference to our children, families and community.
* Embracing the schools' vision and ethos
* Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all students

Qualifications Required:

* Qualified Teacher Status or working towards.
* Strong knowledge of the curriculum
* Teaching experience across all key stages
* Flexibility, adaptability and confidence
* Strong classroom management skills
* An enhanced DBS check on the update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS
* Provide a full work history and references to cover a minimum of 5 years

Pay: £93.24-£117.67 per day
