The Ideal Candidate Will Possess: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. * A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related field. * Successful experience teaching Art across Key Stages 3 and 4, with experience in Key Stage 5 being advantageous. * A passion for visual arts and the ability to inspire students. * Strong subject knowledge across a range of artistic disciplines. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
