Duties
* Provides leadership to IT Specialists on system analysis, system design, agile software engineering, test management, system integration testing (SIT), agile project management, and configuration management.
* Participates in the work of the team, coaches and facilitates the application of problem solving techniques or work methods, and assists team in identifying solutions, prioritizing and organizing to accomplish the work.
* Analyzes functional and technical requirements of IT systems. Participates in systems requirement reviews. Prepares system change/programming specifications, and specifies programming instructions.
* Develops and employs tools and methods to track progress through the life cycle of the project. Applies technical knowledge to ensure project schedules and objectives are accomplished.
* Provides feedback to leadership through appropriate reports, meetings, briefings, and information papers. Regularly briefs management on project status and significant developments.
