Employment Solicitor (Partner)
This national law firm is looking for an ambitious and driven partner to head up the Employment team in our Birmingham office. The role offers a great salary, progression at the pace you determine and a healthy approach to working, fun and family and personal life.
Responsibilities
* Provide advice to a wide range of private and public sector clients on all aspects of employment law, including strategic employment law, major HR projects (outsourcing and restructuring), employment law compliance, executive severance, trade union and collective issues, employment contracts and policies.
* Advise on the full range of employment tribunal and High Court litigation, including team moves and enforcing restrictive covenants.
Qualifications
* Strong academics and a good grounding in both contentious and non-contentious employment law.
* A real go-getter with a business/commercial mind, who can work well under pressure.
