Ensuring adherence to the company's Health & Safety Policy across all sites. Implementing processes to improve project delivery outcomes. Leading a team, monitoring training, and fostering a positive, cooperative environment. Managing resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to meet project deadlines and budgets. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Ensuring quality control and commercial decision-making at the project level. Managing project budgets, aiming for cost reduction without compromising quality. Using relevant software to communicate and report on live and completed projects. The Person: A degree in Construction / Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in Project Management and Contract Management (JCT/NEC/Bespoke). Strong multitasking skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong IT skills, with experience in project management software. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. A current, valid UK driving licence.
