About the Role
We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator Executive to help with the delivery and elevation of creative output. This is a hands‑on role focused on content creation, social media content production, and supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Creation – create engaging social content for clients and the business including posts, carousels, reels, TikToks, short‑form video, and produce, edit and optimise video content.
- Social Media Content & Publishing – create and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), assist with day‑to‑day delivery of organic social media activity, monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement, ensure accurate and scheduled publishing, stay up to date with platform trends and emerging formats.
- Marketing & Sales Collateral Design – create high‑quality branded assets in Canva and similar design platforms, including website graphics and banners, email marketing assets, print materials, and marketing collateral such as proposal documents, pitch decks, credentials decks, and case studies.
What The Employer Is Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in content creation, social media content production, or a similar marketing role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across multiple formats.
- Experience creating social media content: static posts, carousels, reels, TikToks, short‑form video.
- Expert‑level Canva skills.
- Experience editing video content for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Good understanding of branding, typography and visual design principles.
- Excellent written communication skills.
