London
Lavender Jones Recruitment
Operations coordinator
Posted: 11 September
Offer description

We have an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking EA to join a well-funded, established not for profit organisation and help support the CEO and wider team. Their approach to building awareness is through storytelling so if someone has been an EA within marketing or PR they would be well suited to the position. They have an office in Soho and have a small team of 4 who work really closely and well together. The CEO requires a strategic thinker, who is always several steps ahead and who will feel invested in their mission to raise awareness of dyslexia – do we put this in. They need an experienced EA who is happy supporting a team and sitting across numerous projects as well as organising extensive travel and assisting with HR, accounts and events. Their patrons and partners are HNWIs and celebrities and hence the role requires someone professional and discreet, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The responsibilities are included below:

Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with the CEO, and leadership team, acting as a sounding board, providing strategic insights, and anticipating needs.
* Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, clients, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs within the network.
* Manage the CEO's and leadership teams communication channels, draft and oversee correspondence, and maintain social media presence.
* Organise and execute complex events and projects, manage travel and logistics, and assist with project administration.
* Facilitate internal communication, follow up on CEO commitments, and support colleagues with administrative tasks.
* Collect and analyse data, prepare reports for presentations and meetings, and charity reporting, and keep the CEO informed on key topics.
* Be an advocate for the charity within the wider community.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a fast-paced executive support role.
* Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and working independently and strategically.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Strong discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Adept at using communication platforms and social media.
* Experience with project management.
* Experience with event planning, marketing and media campaigns is a plus.

The role requires someone proactive, discreet, experienced in EA support and passionate about what they are achieving. This is a crucial role within an incredible organisation and a really exciting opportunity for the right person.

Note that due to the high volume of applications we receive for every job we post, we are only able to respond to successful applicants.
