Up to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission + car allowance or company car
5 day working week - 2 Saturdays on, 1 off, with a day off in lieu

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team
* Drive sales performance and exceed branch targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local communities
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
* Provide expert advice to vendors and buyers
* Maximise market share and profitability of the branch
Requirements:
* Proven experience in estate agency at branch manager or assistant manager level
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Target-driven with a passion for delivering results
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Full UK driving licence
