This includes projects that achieve transformative development and urban regeneration throughout England. We focus a combination of drive, speed, capacity, quality and specialist technical support into local authority services, as well as relationship building, to create momentum to move projects towards delivery. Person specification We are looking for someone to join us, who understands and is passionate about the delivery of quality homes, regeneration and placemaking and wants to work in an inclusive, supportive and driven team. You will be motivated by working with others to support partners to deliver transformative placemaking and the role of infrastructure within this. You will be a Chartered Engineer or Chartered Transport Planner or be eligible, given your significant experience post qualification in infrastructure planning and transport infrastructure for major projects. You will support ATLAS project and programme delivery across England. You will be a trusted point of contact for the team and will need to have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. You will support project leads as well as lead teams of specialists to progress delivery of prioritised large-scale/long term and complex planning interventions. This will include: supporting the delivery of discreet planning or infrastructure projects; provision of high-quality briefings and analysis for senior leaders; supporting multi-agency/multi-Department working; and project managing the work of the ATLAS team. You will be resilient and comfortable supporting and influencing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the infrastructure planning and delivery. You will also need to be comfortable leading a problem-solving approach, managing multiple data sets, building relationships in varying teams to collate information to help projects progress and to enable effective and efficient programme monitoring. This role is a hybrid position and requires presence in our offices 50% of your time per week to meet the needs of the role. You will also be required to travel across the region to meet with colleagues and partners.
