Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a growing product leadership team responsible for delivering enterprise-grade SaaS and cloud communications solutions.
This role sits within a modern Agile development environment and requires a commercially aware Product Manager capable of balancing technical delivery, customer requirements and business strategy.
The successful candidate will operate as Product Owner within Agile development teams, steering product direction, prioritising development backlogs and guiding cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product releases deliver measurable commercial value.
Location
The role is based at the company’s Bracknell, Berkshire headquarters.
Travel within the UK and internationally may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery
• Act as Product Owner within Agile development sprints
• Manage, refine and prioritise the product backlog using JIRA
• Translate business requirements into clear product features and development priorities
• Make informed product design decisions aligned to platform architecture
• Ensure development teams deliver sprint commitments
• Manage conflicting priorities and customer escalations where required
Product Strategy & Commercial Focus
• Ensure product developments align with overall business strategy and commercial objectives
• Contribute to the definition and maintenance of the quarterly product roadmap
• Support the successful adoption of new product features and platform enhancements
• Balance technical delivery with commercial priorities and customer value
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Solution Consultants, Project Management and Marketing teams
• Provide product expertise to support sales bids and technical discussions
• Share delivery timelines with project and implementation teams
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritise defects, improvements and enhancements
• Ensure product updates are effectively communicated to customers and stakeholders
Customer Engagement
• Deliver product update webinars and demonstrations
• Lead quarterly product roadmap sessions
• Host user forums and gather structured product feedback
• Engage directly with customers to shape future product development
Experience & Skills
• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5+ years’ experience in Product Management
• Strong Agile delivery experience, ideally operating as Product Owner
• Experience using JIRA or similar Agile development tools
• Experience within telecommunications, cloud communications or enterprise SaaS environments
• Contact centre or CX technology exposure desirable
• Strong commercial awareness and decision-making capability
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on delivery
