* NVQ Level 3 / JIB Gold Card (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition
* ECS Card
* Experience working on commercial properties
* Ability to complete small works, minor installations, and reactive tasks
* Strong understanding of fault finding and testing xsngvjr
* Full UK driving licence (if required)
