Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the busy Humber Health Partnership Group e-Roster Team as an e-Rostering Support Officer.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a motivated team environment. The main demands of this role will involve running the e‑Rostering Helpdesk. The role holder will be expected to provide support to system end users either over the telephone, email or face to face, maintaining the accuracy and consistency of data and ensuring the data is credible and robust.

Education/Qualifications
* GCSE level 5 or equivalent in Maths and English Language
* NVQ Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or management or equivalent experience
* Diploma level training or equivalent experience in project support and specialist IT systems
Knowledge, Training & Experience
* Customer Service experience
* Experience of using electronic data collection systems
* Previous admin experience and good keyboard skills using Microsoft Office products
* Previous IT experience supporting project implementation
Desirable
* Knowledge of the e‑Rostering RLDatix Suite of software systems
* Experience of working in an NHS environment
* Data collection/retrieval
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
