Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and ongoing management of configuration management plans. Develop and improve CM procedures, standards, guidance, tools, and templates. Define configuration item criteria and oversee CI identification and records. Establish and maintain baselines, change control, audits, and status accounting. Administer change control processes and support approval workflows. Produce Configuration Status Reports to inform management decisions. Train, coach, and mentor CM Engineers and programme teams.
