Carmichael are looking for an Information Manager.
you will need working knowledge of CDE’s, be able to support the team in technical model reviews and support document control on the internal CDE and can obtain security clearance
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project-specific information management strategies in line with ISO 19650 standards.
Oversee the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security.
Coordinate with BIM Managers, Design Teams, and Project Stakeholders to manage the flow of information through all project stages.
Ensure compliance with client and regulatory information requirements.
Support quality control procedures for project documentation and digital asset management.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on information management best practices and digital tools.
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in an information management or BIM coordination role within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and related digital construction standards.
Proficiency with CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk BIM 360, Asite, Viewpoint, etc.).
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, data structures, and metadata requirements.
A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
💼 Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with software such as Revit, Navisworks, or Solibri.
Experience in major infrastructure or commercial projects.
Certification in BIM or digital construction methodologies is a plus
