Responsibilities
* As a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk you will manage a portfolio of priority suppliers, ensuring timely, accurate Invoice processing and payments.
* Act as the main point of contact for priority supplier queries and resolve issues efficiently, holding regular relationship meetings.
* Carry out regular supplier statement reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
* Assist with reconciliations, month‑end tasks, and compliance with internal controls.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of Accounts Payable processes.
* Knowledge of secure document procedure, adhering to Data Protection principles.

Working Hours
This role is Full Time based on 35 Hours per week. The Working Pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, and standard working hours are between 8.00am to 5.00pm. We are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.
