About the Role As Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for managing customer contracts from negotiation through to completion. You'll work closely with project, production, purchasing, and business development teams to ensure contracts protect the company's commercial interests and deliver optimal outcomes for both the business and its customers. Key Responsibilities Manage customer contract delays and negotiate terms to safeguard business interests. Support project and business development teams in negotiating contracts for new and existing products. Participate in customer meetings to secure the best possible outcomes. Ensure all departments understand and meet their contractual responsibilities. Analyse data from production and purchasing to inform contract terms and conditions. Coach and develop the project engineering team to enhance their commercial awareness. About You You'll bring a blend of commercial insight, negotiation expertise, and technical understanding. Requirements: Experience with NEC4 Contracts Proven experience managing multiple contracts up to a value of £20 million. Background in engineering manufacturing. Strong negotiation skills and excellent commercial acumen. Confident working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Experience coaching and developing others. Exposure to NPI (New Product Introduction) processes. Strong understanding of contract frameworks.
