Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: Duties will include: Processing duties relating to accounting documentation for the Residential Lettings Division of Chancellors Provide accurate entry of data into our accounting systems Maintain up to date accounting records and processes Log invoices Remit BACS payments Process new lettings transactions through internal accounting systems Allocate funds to client accounts Reconcile daily the Credit/Debit Card Payments received. Reconcile the Credit/Debit Card account at the end of the week. Deal with any enquiries from the Property Management Departments.
