Job Title: Quality, Environmental & Compliance Coordinator

About the Role
The Quality, Environmental & Compliance Coordinator will support and maintain the management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The role focuses on quality assurance, environmental and H&S compliance, and operational documentation, working closely with management and the workshop team.
Your Duties Will Include (but are not limited to):
Supporting and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems
Controlling management system documentation and records
Coordinating internal audits and supporting external audits
Tracking corrective, preventative actions and non-conformances
Maintaining QA records, inspection logs and job documentation
Supporting first article and final inspection paperwork
Maintaining environmental, waste and compliance records
Assisting with risk assessments, method statements and inductions
Maintaining training and compliance records
Maintaining operational trackers, job records and job packs
Liaising with suppliers and customers on compliance documentation
Providing general administrative support to operations
What Will I Need to Be Considered for This Role?
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident working with documentation and compliance systems
Proactive and methodical approach
Comfortable communicating with office and workshop staff
Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QA or H&S is desirable but not essential
