My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator based in Jarrow
This role is to work for a reputable Construction Firm based in the North East.
This can be a full or part time role, can be flexible with hours (if needs be). Monday-Friday
This will be on a temp-perm basis
Key Responsibilities:
* Making Calls
* Raising Invoices
* Bank Reconciliation
* Updating purchase ledgers
* Basic administration duties
To be considered for this role, candidates must have administration experience with some knowledge of accountancy software (Xero is used), and the following:
* Solid IT and computer skills
* Proactive, Independent and can work on own initiative
* Strong communication and organisational abilities
* Previous experience in a fast-paced admin or customer service environment
* Confidence managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
