We are looking for a 3-5 PQE restructuring or credit focused special situations lawyer
Our client is a big brand and well respected multi strategy Credit fund. Good work life balance on offer. The role reports into the UK GC and this is a pure transactional role (so there is NO funds and regs aspects).
You will work with and can learn from two senior lawyers with 12 PQE plus each, who have expertise in direct lending and special situations as well as directly with the lead restructuring deal person supporting them on their deals.
