Kinetic Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operators to join a leading manufacturing company in Sandycroft, CH5.
Permanent role
Immediate starts available, following a successful interview / hand tool test
£13.26 per hour | £31,717.90 per annum
Monday-Thursday 06:00am to 18:00pm
Duties
*Operating sorting and collation equipment in line with company procedures, with a strong focus on quality control.
*Monitoring production to ensure it meets required standards, using the tools and equipment provided.
*Working closely with the shift leader to keep machines running efficiently and ensure production deadlines are met.
*Checking products visually, as well as verifying weights and sizes with great attention to detail.
*Packing products in line with quality requirements.
Additional responsibilities
*Following all health & safety rules and keeping your work area tidy.
*Wearing the appropriate PPE at all times.
*Communicating effectively with colleagues and recording handover information to ensure smooth shift transitions.
*Carrying out any other reasonable tasks as required.
