Live out Personal Assistant required in Belgravia – ASAP Start
We are seeking a highly organised and hard working Private PA to provide comprehensive support to HNW Principals.

* Workinghours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, with occasional ad hoc support
* Salary:£55,000 - £70,000 gross per annum DOE
Overview
This busy role encompasses property and car management, overseeing and recruiting the household staff, event coordination and general admin duties. The ideal candidate will be confident and has excellent attention to detail with a hand on approach. You will also act as the key point of contact between the principals and their non-UK PA as well as the household staff, contractors and general service providers.
Duties included but not limited to
* Diary management, coordinating electronic diaries and inboxes, travel arrangements for both business and leisure.
* Managing the Principal’s classic car collection, including insurance renewals, MOT bookings, tax payments and service schedules.
* Recruiting and managing the household staff, issuing employment contracts and tracking holidays, sick pay and overtime with the payroll company.
* Overseeing the Principals’ multiple properties, coordinating with the building management company and ensuring the payment of utilities and overheads.
* Planning alumni events, collaboration with venues and planners.
* Arranging passport renewals, visa applications
* Administering charitable donations and bursary payments
* Dealing with contractors and running errands
Key criteria
* Proven experience as a private PA in a similar family office setting
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude
